Chicken and Lemon Garlic Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen)2 Cloves of Garlic1 small Sweet Onion1/2 Lemon1/2 Cup Minute Brown RiceI Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
Directions
Boil Chicken Breast for approx. 25 Minutes.
While chicken is cooking, prepare brown rice per the box instructions but add the lemon to the water (microwave or stovetop.)

In a frying pan, spray butter spray to avoid sticking. Add onions and garlic and sautee until golden brown. Add tender brown rice and fold together.

Top with chicken breast (seasoned as you like, lemon pepper works great or grill seasoning.)
