Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ouncesPotato, raw, 3 smallPeas and carrots, frozen, 1 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernelsRosemary, 1 tbspGarlic, 2 tspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Spray a 9"x9" pan with cooking spray. Throw in fozen vegetables and cubed potatoes. Mince rosemary. Put all seasonings over potatoes and vegetables. Cube chicken and throw in the pan. Thoroughly mix ingredients. Cover with foil and bake @ 375 degrees for 60 minutes.

This was an easy dish to make. I put all the ingredients together and then left it in the fridge so my husband could put in the oven while I was at the gym. My 19 year old and 3 year old loved it. The adults thought it was good, but not great. I mixed the seasonsings in olive oil before adding. - 5/5/09
