Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed, cooked and chopped Broccoli, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz) Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 0.5 cup Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
Cook chicken breasts and chop into bite size pieces. Layer broccoli with chicken on top in a casserole pan 9x13. Mix all of the remaining ingredients but the shredded cheese and pour on top of the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle on the cheese. Cover and bake at 350 F for 30 min. Serve with rice!

SUSANISLOOSIN
Well, I was running low on time and I didn't cook the chicken first. I think that could be the reason it was a little watery when I was finished. I really think the chicken would have tasted much better if I had hee..hee..folowed the directions! haha...no shortcuts and this would probably been yummy - 4/17/09
