chicken & rice divan

Ingredients
4 servings brown rice1 can crm mushroom 98% fat free soup4 sm chicken breast1/4 C parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook brown rice according to directions.
Cut cup chicken into bite size pieces. Stir fry in skillet with sm aomunt of oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Mix into chicken the cooked rice, mushroom soup, parmesan cheese and 1/2 can of milk.
Cook until all ingredients are heated through.
