Hamburger, Potato and Carrot Bake

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef4 medium carrots, sliced4 medium potatoes, sliced1/2 c ketchupsaltpepperonion powder2 TBS of water6 slices of Velveeta
Directions
Place the uncooked ground beef in a 9" square pan (I used a casserole dish and just doubled the recipe). Sprinkle ground beef with onion powder, some salt and pepper. Spread the ketchup over the meat. Spread an even layer of potatoes over the meat, add a dash of salt and pepper. Add a layer of carrots and a splash of water. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs until veggies are fork tender. Uncover and place Velveeta cheese on top, recover and let sit on stove.

    I agree with lecharjt. Next time I make this I'll definitely add more spices. Both my family and I thot that it lacked something.. Was rather bland.
