Ingredients
Dressing:balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoon Olive Oil, .5 cup Brown Mustard, 2 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Salad:Apples, fresh, 1 large, sliced thinlySnap peas, 1 C1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in halfMixed Salad Greens, 5 C.Onions, raw, 1 medium, sliced thinlyGarlic, 3 cloves, mincedYellow Peppers, 1, sliced thinlyAvocados, 1, slicedCucumber , 1 cup slices Oranges, 1 large Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped & toasted
Directions
Combine dressing in a large bowl. Add in apple, onion, and avocado and let marinate as you prepare the remaining ingredients. Add the salad greens & walnuts at the last minute and toss to coat.
