Spinach Pesto Linguine

Ingredients
Ingredients: Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cupGarlic, 4 clove*Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbspPine Nuts, 0.25 cup Frigo Parmesan Cheese (shredded), 0.5 cup Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Linguine, 4 oz
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Combine other ingredients except for olive oil in food processor and pulse. Then add a little bit of olive oil and pulse some more. Continue this until all olive oil is mixed in. Strain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. Pour the pesto over the warm noodles and mix together. Serve with additional parmesan cheese on top if you like!
