Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredients
!/2 lb lean pork (loin), cubed small1 cup chopped onion1 - 10 oz can mushrooms, drained1 clove garlic, minced1 - 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup, low salt1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
1. In a pot or skillet, cook pork until no longer pink over medium high heat.
2. Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Saute until tender.
3. Stir in soup and milk, cook until heated through.
4. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
