Gorgonzola Cheese Pita Pizza

Ingredients
1 Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbles1 TBSP olive oil1/2 plum tomato, chopped or sliced1/4 cup red onion (or less, I like a lot of onions), choppedAdd other vegetables such as mushrooms and broccoli to change it up
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
chop the red onion and measure 1/4 cup, set aside.
Next Chop or slice 1/2 a plum tomato, set aside
Measure out 4 TBSP of gorgonzola cheese crumbles
Measure out 1TBSP olive oil and rub on one side of Pita
Top Pita with red onions and tomato and then sprinkle on gorgonzola cheese crumbles.
Cook pita on baking sheet for 10 minutes or until pita is crisp and cheese is melted.
