Jen's version of Sally's Energy Bars

Ingredients
2 c quick oats1/2 c crushed pretzels1/2 c crushed walnuts (Jen used pecans)1/2 c halved almonds1/2 c sesame seeds1/2 c raisins1/4 c coconut1/2 c dark chocolate chips1 1/2 c peanut butter1 c honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees

- Mix oats, coconut, pretzels, walnuts, almonds, sesame seeds and raisins.
- Mix together peanut butter honey and vanilla and microwave 1 min.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and add chocolate chips.
- Grease WELL a baking sheet (9x13) and pour mixture in. Press down to
about 1 inch.
- Bake 15 min and rotate pan halfway through.
- Cool, refrigerate and cut!
