Chicken Parm Dinner

Ingredients
8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup egg beaters1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs6 tbsp olive oil8 cups marinara sauce2 cups fat free Mozzarella cheese1 cup grated parmasean cheese8 oz of Barilla Pasta (spiral, etc.)4 cups zuchinni sliced4 cups squash sliced1/4 cup chopped red onions
Directions
Dredge chicken breast in egg then breadcrumbs. Spray non stick pan with olive oil cooking spray to cut calories or use 4 tbsp of olive oil. Brown chicken. Place chicken in 13x9 baking dish (some might overlap) Add 1/4 cup sauce to each piece of chix. Spinkle with parm cheese and mozarella. Bake 350 for 30 min. In microwave covered bowl mix zuchinni,squash and onions. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Cover and put in microwave for 10 minutes or till tender stirring once. Serve chicken and zuchinni with 1 cup pasta and sauce.
