Baked Pasta & Cauliflower

Ingredients
1/2 lb. dry whole wheat pasta (like penne or ziti)2 cans tomatoes1 lb. cauliflowermozz cheese (optional)parmesan cheese (optional)garlic1/4 or 1/2 lb. italian sausage
Directions
Chop cauliflower and blanch for 5 minutes. Brown italian sausage, then add canned tomatoes, garlic, any herbs/spices/salt/pepper you like, and cauliflower. Boil pasta for 5 minutes and then add to sausage cauliflower mixture. Put in an ovenproof dish, cover, and place in oven for approx 30 minutes or until pasta is done. You may need to add some water if the tomatoes aren't watery enough. In the last 5 minutes put some grated cheese on top and remove cover.
