katie's spicy and sweet pork ribs

Ingredients
you can use madras powder instead of curry, boulion powder instead of salt make it even tastier
Directions
preheat your oven or grill (max temp.) prepare your seasonings, put ribs on a big plate or in bowl, sprinkle with salt, curry, chilli, black ground pepper , garlic and mix it with hands until completely covered. place ribs on a non-sticky baking tray. put in the oven. after 10-15 mins take it out and sprinkle your ribs with oil and 2 tsp of sugar. after 10 mins turn them and sprinkle them again with sugar, bake for another 10 mins.
