Ingredients
1 5oz can tuna in water, drained1 c grated zucchini1 egg1/2 c cracker crumbs1/2 t salt1/4 t pepper1 T mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients and form patties. Fry.

Makes 4 four inch patties, 2 patties per serving.

    I really liked this. I had a hard time knowing when the "burger" was done, it did not firm up well. I will definatly try this one again, maybe in a baking dish and put it in the oven. - 5/11/09
