Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey1 pckg taco seasoning1/3 c water8 c shredded lettuce1 c mexican style sredded cheese1 c salsa or tomatoesMultigrain Tortillas (optional)
Directions
Makes 4 1/2 c servings

1. Brown turkey in a skillet & drain fat.
2. Stir in taco seasoning pckg & water. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat & simmer approx. 10 minutes. Stir often.
4. Divide lettuce into 4 dishes & layer with meat, cheese, salsa/tomatoes. Serve with multi-grain tortillas.

*You may add other toppings that you desire.
