Fat-Free Cottage Cheese, Splenda, Brown Sugar Splenda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Sugar Free Apple Sauce, Smucker's Sugar Free Caramel Topping. Optional: Free Cool Whip.
Directions
Makes 3/4 Cup Serving:

In a small dessert bowl, add 1/2 c. of cottage cheese. Top with 1/4 c. of sugar free applesauce, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon, Splenda and a dash of nutmeg. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. of Sugar Free Caramel on top.

(Options: Heat Applesauce and Caramel. Add Free Cool Whip...Be creative, this isn't fancy, but yummy!)
