Ingredients
Crust:1 cup graham cracker crumbsGranulated Sugar, 3 tablespoonsImperial Stick Margarine, 3 tbsp fat free Philadelphia cream cheese, 24 oz Egg, fresh, 3 large 1/2 cup splenda1/4 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
combine crust ingredients. Put in 9 inch spring form pan. Bake 350 for 10 minutes. Increase oven to 450. Beat cream cheese. Add sugars and vanilla and mix until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce temp. to 250. Bake for 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim and cool before removing completely. Refrigerate.
You may top with fresh fruit, such as strawberries or peaches, when ready to serve.
