Shrimp Cocktail Salad

Ingredients
Chop Small2 stalks of celery1 small cucumber1 small zucchini1 small Red Onion2 Green OnionsRoma or Cherry Tomatoes
Directions
Cook & Chill 1 lb of raw peeled, deveined, tail off shrimp (I buy mine this way) until pink

Mix Lime Juice, Olive Oil (equal parts)
Add 3 chopped cloves of garlic

Toss all together w chopped fresh Parsley
Keep Chilled until serving
