Jalapeno-Garlic Dip

Ingredients
1/2c. Yogurt Cheese (this is 8 oz. non-fat plain yogurt that sits in a cheesecloth overnight to let the liquid drain off)4 oz. neufchatel cheese2 jalapenos3 garlic cloves or 1 elephant garlic clove
Directions
Put jalapenos and garlic in a food chopper until fine. Add neufchatel. When combined, spoon into bowl and then mix in the yogurt cheese until all ingredients are well blended. Chill.

Makes 16 tablespoon size servings.
