Chicken and Turkey Sausage Gumbo

Ingredients
Whole Chicken, boiled, skinned & bonedRoux1 whole Onion chopped2 bell peppers chopped3 stalks celery choppedturkey sausagebrown rice
Directions
Boil chicken - then remove bones and skin. Put store bought roux into chicken stock. Once thickened add onions, bell pepper and celery. Once softened a little add chicken. 30 minutes before done, add sausage. Serve over brown rice.
