Steamed Talipa

Ingredients
*Tilapia filet, 4 oz Lemons, 1 fruit cut in half1/4 a Green Bell Pepper (medium)1/4 a Red Bell Pepper1/ 4 a yellow red pepper 1/4 a orange bell pepperSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Peproka, 1/2 tspMinced Garlic, 2 tsp
Directions
I cooked this dish in a Rice/Food steamer. Slice the pepper and add them to tray. Put fish filet in a plate and use the lemon halves to squeeze lemon on both sides of fish. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, and peprika. Take the lemon haves and put on the steamer tray right side up. put 1 tsp of minced garlic in ech half. Place the fish filet on top of the lemon halves in the tray. This will allow the garlic flavor to steam into the fish. Steam the fish for about 30 minutes or until it is white and flaky.
