Cheesy Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 16 oz Beef, top sirloin 2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 tsp Lea & Perrins Worchestershire Sauce (by JULIASGR8) 2 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Garlic&Herb)(1/2c)
Directions
Chop and fry onions and peppers until softened. Mix everything together, but ground beef. After all are mixed add beef. Mix beef lightly so that the meat loaf will be light. Shape into loaf. Bake at 350 for about 40 to 45 minutes. Remove loaf spread on spaghetti sauce and broil for about 5-10 minutes.
