1 Tbsp Kraft Kraft Fat-Free Mayonnaise Dressing2 slice provolone cheese3 Tbsp dried bread crumbs1 pound boneless, skinless turkey breast(s)1/2 cup fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth1 1/8 serving sliced ham
Makes 4 Turkey Rolls
1. Get thin sliced turkey breast, then pound flat between sheets of waxed paper.
2. Place two slices of ham and one slice of cheese on top of each breast.
3. Roll the breast up jelly-roll style, pin with toothpicks.
4. Brush rolls with mayo and dip in bread crumbs.
5. Spray a deep frying pan with non-stick spray.
6. Saute rolls until browned.
7. Add broth and bring broth to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until turkey is done.
