Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients
I cup butter1 cup sucanut (brown sugar)1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 1/2 cup old fashsion oats1/2 tsp salt5 cups fresh or fozzen blueberries2 tbl. honey2 tbl corn starch1/4 cup water
Directions
combine flour, oats and salt and whiz in food prossor til oats are coursely chopped.
Cream butter and sugar together till soft and blended. Stri in flour mixture and mix. Put blueberries and honey in med sauce pan and heat on med. Mix corn starch and water add to blueberries and heat till thickened. Pat half of the flour and oat mixture into 8X8 greased pan, spread blueberries and then crumble remaining mixture on top. Bake at 35 for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
