Ingredients
1 tbs Corn Starch1/2 cup Granulated Sugar1/8 tsp Salt1/2 cup Cider Vinegar2 cans Whole or sliced beets
Directions
min a sauce pan, mix cornstarch, sugar and salt. add vinegar and 1/3 cup of juice from beets discard the rest of the juice. bring to a boil, cook until sauce is clear. add beets cook until warmed through.
