Beef Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 pd. 93% Lean Grd. Beef1 pkg McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning .....3/4 c. water needed for pkg8 c. shredded romaine lettuce (2per)1 c. Pace Chunky Salsa-Mild (16tbs-4per)1/2 c. Kraft Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (8tbs-2per)
Directions
In frying pan brown beef. Drain any extra fat there may be left

add in seasoning an water. Bring to simmer

I four seperate bowls put 2 c. romaine each
divide beef mixture evenly among the four bowls
top each with 2 tbs of cheese as well as 4 tbs of salsa

I use the large amount of salsa as a sort of dressing for the salad
