2.5 c. Organic Whole Wheat Rotini - dry1 can Kidney Beans - Dark Red3 oz Sugar snap peas12 Grape Tomatoes1 c. Celery, Diced1 Carrot, Sliced.5 Medium onion, thinly sliced1 c. Miracle Whip Free1/4 c. White Cheddar, shredded2 T. Capers, drained2 t. Dill weed2 T. White vinegar1 t. Freshly ground pepper, or to taste.5 t. Olive oil
Boil rotini according to instructions on package. While it's boiling, slice carrots, celery, onion, & peas. Rinse pasta & drain. Transfer to large bowl and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grind pepper over pasta. Set aside.
Drain and rinse beans. Shred cheese. Add miracle whip to pasta, then add all other ingredients. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
