Chicken, Thighs, Boneless/Skinless, Purdue Fit & Easy (Uncooked), 20 ozRed Ripe Tomatoes, 6 plum tomatoTomatoes, Contadina Crushed wtih Italian Herbs, 3.25 cupFrozen Spinach, Chopped, Birdseye, 1.16 cupClassico Sundried Tomato Pesto, .75 cup
Saute diced chicken breast in nonstick skillet. Add thawed spinach, plum tomatoes, and pesto. Simmer on medium for 5 minutes for flavors to combine. Add cushed tomatoes and let sauce simmer additional 5-10 minutes. Serve over whole grain/wheat pasta for a healthy, flavorful meal!
