Avocado Basil Mayo

Ingredients
1 ripe avocados, cubed1.5 Tbsp. of fresh basil leaves1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1 tsp. lime juice1/2 garlic clove, peeled and mincedsea salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine basil, garlic, and a pinch of sea salt in a small food processor and blend until ingredients form a paste.
Add avocados and process until smooth. Blend in oil and lemon or lime juice, and then season with salt and pepper.
Makes 2-4 servings.
