Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
5 4-ounce Chicken Breasts3/4 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs3 Tbsp. Kraft Free Zesty Italian fat free dressing3 slices of Sargento Natural Provolone Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese1/2 cup of Marina Sauce1 tsp. of olive oil
Directions
Take a long peice of plastic wrap and center one chicken breast. Wrap each side of the wrap loosely over the top of the breast, allowing the breast room to flatten out. Take a mallet and pound the breasts to less than 1/4 inch thick.

Dip each flattened breast in Fat Free Italian Dressing and press in the bread crumbs to cover.

Add the olive oil to a large, non-stick skillet and heat to medium. Add the chicken breasts, one at a time and cook until brown, about 3 - 4 minutes each side. Add one slice of cheese to each breast and and spoon a tablespoon or two of sauce on top of the cheese.

Enjoy! Serves Five with pasta or Spaghetti Squash.
