Turkey Barley Soup

1 lb lean ground turkey3 cloves garlic, crushed1 whole onion, chopped4 cans chicken broth1/2 cup uncooked barley3 cups shredded cabbage1 can diced tomatoes, undrained1 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp worcestershire sauce3 tsp brown sugarSalt and Pepper to taste
Brown turkey, garlic and onion together. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken broth, the barley, the cabbage and the tomatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 mins. Stir in balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and cook for 5 for minutes.
