cooking spray1.5 Cups red pepper chopped 1 1/2 inches1.5 Cups red onion cut into wedges1.5 Cups Summer squash sliced1.5 Cups Whole mushrooms1.5 Cup fresh green beans cleaned ends removed1/3 Cup Kraft fat free italian dressing1/2 tsp each dried thyme, rosemary, and basil
Directions
pre heat oven to 425 spray a baking dish
place veggies in prepared pan drizzle salad dressing evenly over veggies. mix herbs and sprinkle over veggies. bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until crisp tender or longer for fork tender...enjoy
