Lemon Herb Orzo

Ingredients
1 cup orzo1 lemon, juiced1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil1 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped2 tbsp. fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
Directions
In a medium pot of boiling salted water, cook orzo according to package directions.
Drain pasta and transfer to medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
