Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup 2% shredded mozzarella cheese2 oz lean cubed ham1 pkg. Shake 'N Bake parmesan crusted
Directions
Cut all visible fat off of chicken. Cut chicken length wise, but do not cut all the way through, making a pocket in the chicken. Stuff chicken with some ham and some cheese. Then, spray outside of chicken with pam. Next, coat chicken in shake n bake. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
