Tara's Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1-2 Cans Hunts Tomato Sauce1 Green Bell pepper - cut into strips1 Onion chopped12 baby carrots1.5-2 Pounds Round Steak (or family steak) - cut into 3 inch pieces.Serve over brown rice. Place half of the carrots, half of the pepper and the entire onion on the bottom of the crock pot. Place raw (or browned) meat on top of that. Then put the remaining veggies on top. Cover all with the tomato sauce. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. Serve over rice.
