Grilled Mint Salmon

Coho Salmon, 1 fillet Butter, unsalted, 1 cup Mint- herb, 1 serving *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 8 tsp *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (optional)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (optional)
Melt butter in a skillet, add in splenda, minced mint, lemon juice, soy sauce, mix well. Heat until just before carmelization begins.
Place salmon on rolled tin foil (sides should be high enough to catch juices and mixture from above) on low-medium heat on the grill.
Pour hot mixture onto salmon. Baste with mixture as the salmon grills.
Remove salmon when it flakes well.
