Strawberry Lemon Poppyseed Muffins

Ingredients
Dry:1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour3/4 cup Kamut Flour1/4 cup Evaporated Cane Juice2 tbsp poppyseeds2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp SaltWet:1/3 cup Nonfat Milk1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Juice2/3 cup Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt2 egg whiteszest of 1 lemon1/4 cup lemon juiceand:6 oz of chopped fresh strawberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine. After thoroughly mixed, fold in berries. Pour into muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
