Pepper Steak Stir Fry

large green bell pepper, cut into strips1 1/4 lb round steak, cut into thin strips2 cloves fresh garlic ,chopped or minced1 medium onoin, choped3 tbsp sesame oil1/4 cup soy sauce1 tsp pepper1 tsp ground ginger1 tbsp corn starch1 cup water
In a large wok, heat sesame oil and soy sauce.
Add onions and garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle in ginger and pepper.
Add steak strips and cook until brown, tossing frequently.
Add green pepper and cook, tossing with meat for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on how crisp or soft you want the pepper strips).
Stir corn starch in the water.
Pour into wok and bring to a boil, stiring constantly.
Serve over rice.
