Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars (Spelt Flour)

* 1 C Spelt Flour * 3/4 C Oats * 1 t Baking Powder * 3 T Water * 1 T Ground Flax * 1/4 C Butter * About 1/4 C Molasses * 1 t vanilla * 1/4 cup maranatha peanut butter chips * 2 tbsp chocolate chips
1. Combine Flour, Oats and Baking Powder.
2. Make a “Flax Egg” by combining water and flax. Let sit for about five minutes.
3. Combine molasses and butter, then add vanilla and flax egg.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
5. Add in the Mini Eggs.
6. Pour batter into a pan (mine was 12 x 6) and bake for about 15 mins. at 350*. I took mine out early because the edges were done. The middle was soft and delicious, if a bit undercooked.
