Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
454 grams [1 lb] frozen cooked shrimp1 tblsp water2 tsp cornstrarch1 tbsp cooking oil1 whole egg white1/2 tsp salt1 tsp granulated sugar1 tsp curry powder1 medium cooking onion, sliced1 small red bell pepper, sliced2 whole green onions, slivered cut 2" lengths
Directions
Stir water into cornstarch in medium bowl. Add next 4 ingredients. Stir.
Add shrimp. Stir. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Heat wok or large frying pan on medium-high until very hot. Add cooking oil. Add onion and red pepper.
Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add shrimp mixture. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until heated through.
