Instant Chocolate Cake for Two

Ingredients
4 tbl flour4 tbl granulated sugar2 tbl unsweetened cocoa1 tbl cornstarch3 tbl water3 tbl milk4 tbl applesauce3 tbl chocolate chips (optional, but included in nutrient analysis)1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Add dry ingredients to a small bowl whisk well. Add the water, milk and applesauce, and mix well (don't whisk---it'll get stuck!). Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.

Split batter between two mugs/ramekins. Put one mug/ramekin in microwave at a time and cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool a little before eating.
