Tex-Mex Turkey Taco Dinner

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1 tablespoon chili powder1 cup fat free chicken broth (use lower sodium if preferred)1 cup water2 cups uncooked instant white rice1/2 cup light Cheez Wiz2 cups shredded lettuce1 large tomato (chopped)
Directions
Brown turkey in large skillet. Stir in chili powder, chicken broth and water, bring to a boil. Stir in rice and Cheez Wiz. Cover and simmer on low heat for five minutes stirring occasionally.

Serve topped with chopped lettuce and tomato.

(can also top with sour cream if desired - not calculated in recipe).
