150g lean minced beef1 medium onion50g pepper90g celery60g mushrooms400g tin tomatoes200g tin red kidney beansadditional itemsbeef oxo cube worcestershire saucecumin corriander & chilli powderhalf dried chilli
dry fry minced beef, pouring off any excess fat.
add chopped onions and 2 chopped cloves of garlic, fry a litte.
add the rest of the chopped veg cook a little longer
add half a dried chilli,chopped fine seeds removed
add half tsp each of hot chilli powder, cumin & corriander, along with a tbs of worcestershire sauce and a crumbled beef oxo cube
add tin of chopped tomatoes & half tin of red kidney beans
season with salt if neede & black pepper cookfor about 1 hour
