Tangy Porkchops

Ingredients
6 pork chops, boneless, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick1 onion, sliced1/4 cup brown sugar1 t. ginger1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)1/4 ketchup1 and 1/2 T. minced garlic1/2 t. black pepper
Directions
Place chops in crock pot.
Sprinkle with onions on and around.
In bowl, mix all under ingredients, pour over chops.
Cook on low for 7 hours until chops are tender.
Take chops out and thicken gravy with corn starch, put chops back in.
Serve over rice, and with salad and steamed brocoli.
