Recipe By : okanogServing Size : 8Categories : Pasta8 ounces spaghetti marinara sauce1 package frozen chopped spinach 4 ounces ricotta cheese1/4 tablespoon oregano1/8 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon fresh nutmeg -- grated1/2 whole cooking onion diced1 tablspoon minced fresh garlic8 - 1 ounce Cannelloni, Pasta -- pre - cooked1 whole egg1 cup parmesan cheese, grated1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Spread 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce in ungreased rectangular baking dish, [13 x 9 x 2 inches]
Drain and squeeze excess water from spinach, damp but not wet.
Mix spinach, riccotta cheese, diced onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, pepper and whole raw egg.
Fill pre-cooked cannelloni shells with spinach mixture; arrange on spaghetti sauce in dish.
Pour remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over shells, covering completely; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, last 15 minutes of baking.
Cover and bake until shells are tender, 350 oven for 45 minutes.
