Bev's Chicken with Jarlsberg - Light Version of Swiss Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 2.5 lb)3 ounces Jarlsberg Lite Swiss cheese - very finely sliced1 can Cream of Chicken soup - Campbell's Healthy Request1/4 cup of apple juice (or sherry or white wine)1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing - dry1/4 cup butter (or margarine)
Directions
Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts
Place in a 9x12 baking dish
Place a piece of cheese over each breast
Mix apple juice with the soup.
Pour soup and apple juice mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle stuffing over breasts
Drizzle melted butter over stuffing.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes till done.
