Ginger Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Grain Fried Rice2 Medium boneless/skinless chicken breasts2 Large Eggs, Scrambled1/2 cup White Onion, chopped1 Green Pepper, strips1 Tbs Sesame Oil3 Cloves garlic, chopped2 tsp Ginger Root, chopped1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning1 Tbs Sesame Seeds3 Tbs Soy Sauce
Directions
4 Servings

Cut chicken into bite sized peices and combine onions, peppers, chicken, garlic, ginger, seasoning, chicken and oil into the bottom of a 4 quart pot. Cook chicken until done. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and the scrambled eggs. Stir fry on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Serve hot as main dish.
