Portabella Burger Marinade

1/4c. soy sauce1/3c. water1t honey1t Sriracha chili sauce
Remove gills and poke holes in the underside.
Total volume is 2/3c. We marinated two heads (ribs and stem removed) for half an hour and the remnants was just below 2/3c (so I guessed maybe 1/20th recipe per mushroom).
The second time we made these (the pic) we grilled it like a panini-- pressed with a black iron skillet on top.
PICTURED WITH: 1 small potato, sliced, soaked in water and drained, baked at 425 for 20min, then flipped and cooked an additional 10min.
