Butternut Squash Bisque

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 2 smallButternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes Chicken Broth, 32 fl oz 2 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") peeled and cubedYogurt, plain, skim milk, .5 cup (8 fl oz)1 t paprika 1.5 T chopped chives salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Saute onions in butter in large pan.
Add squash, potatoes broth and paprika and boil. Simmer about 35 min until soft. Pour in food processer and blend until smooth. Season to taste and garnish with a few whole chives.
