Ingredients
1/4 avocado, mashed with fork1/4 cup salsa2 oz roasted or baked chicken breast, chopped1/4 cup low-sodium canned black beans, rinsed, drained and lightly mashed with fork2 small (6-inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas
Directions
Makes 2 wraps.
1. Mix salsa with mashed avocado.
2. Scoop avocado mixture onto center of tortilla from one end to the other. Add layer of beans and chicken on top.
3. Tightly roll up tortilla to enclose filling.

    I added my own twist to this by adding in fat-free sour cream, a light sprinkle of cheese and instead of salsa, I used hotsauce. Of course, silly me, I forgot the avocado but I put a bit of lettuce on it and I thought it was great! - 6/8/11
